DBasia.news – AC Milan are reportedly looking for a third striker in this summer’s transfer window with Real Madrid star Luka Jovic again one of their targets.
Calcio Mercato said that Zlatan Ibrahimovic’s erratic physical condition made Paolo Maldini and Ricky Massara start studying the possibility of signing a third striker who would offer a more convincing guarantee in terms of the number of games they could play.
The report also mentions that there are a number of targets that Milan are targeting, including Jovic, who has returned to Los Blancos from his loan spell with Eintracht Frankfurt.
The Serbia international has been linked with the Serie A giants since last summer’s transfer window and now appears to be back on the club’s radar after his former team refused to make his status permanent from Real Madrid.
Apart from Jovic, the Rossoneri have also been linked with a familiar name, namely Andrea Belotti from Torino, who is likely to be obtained at an affordable price following his contract which will expire in 2022 and shows no signs of renewing the partnership.
Not only that, Milan is also reportedly eyeing Giacomo Raspadori from Sassuolo and most recently the name Sasa Kalajdzic from Stuttgart.
Mauro Icardi was also mentioned again considering that he seems to be struggling again with Paris Saint-Germain next season. However, the club’s top priority remains Olivier Giroud and they also want to complete his transfer from Chelsea.
