DBasia.news –  AC Milan coach Gennaro Gattuso insists his side will never discuss Gonzalo Higuain again. The coach just wants his team to focus on what’s in front of them.

AC Milan released Gonzalo Higuain to Chelsea in the winter transfer window of 2019. The transfer also involved Juventus as the owner of Higuain.

During half of the season defending AC Milan, Gonzalo Higuain only scored six goals in Serie A. Some circles considered that Higuain’s appearance was not sharp to be one of the causes of Il Diavolo Rosso struggling in the first half.

“We will not talk about Gonzalo Higuain. We will talk about who is there, and that is the AC Milan player,” Gennaro Gattuso explained.

AC Milan brought Krzysztof Piatek from Genoa to replace the position left by Higuain. Until now, the decision proved right, the Polish player scored four goals in four matches in Serie A with the Rossoneri.

“At this time, we have an attacker who respects everything coming to him, he uses it for everyone,” he continued.
