Alisson Wants to Follow Salah in Liverpool

DBasia.news – Liverpool new goalkeeper, Alisson Becker wants to follow Mohamed Salah’s achievement who became a star in his debut. Alisson wanted to pay off the trust from The Reds.

Liverpool had a business with AS Roma. During the 2017 summer transfer market, The Reds got Mohamed Salah who became the star throughout the season. The Egyptian midfielder was nominated as the best player of 2017-2018 Premier League and also the top scorer of the competitions.

Not only that, Salah also became the main actor behind The Reds’ success to pass the final round of Champions League.

And now, Liverpool will repeat the success. The red club spent 75 million euro to get Alisson Becker. As expected, the Brasilian national team will cover the weakness in the goalkeeper section.

“Yes, it was a big deal for Roma, they had a record fee and they were happy. And I’ll work very hard to make sure it’s a good deal for Liverpool too, which is more important,” Alisson said reported by Mirror.

“I know that Salah was (thought) a good deal for Roma, but now people say it is a good deal for Liverpool,” he explained.

“I want to work hard to ensure that yes, people say they paid a (bargain) price for me too, eventually.”
