DBasia.news – Inter Milan reportedly has no objection to releasing their flagship goalkeeper, Andre Onana. However, the club who wants to sign Onana must be ready to spend a hefty amount.
Inter obtained Andre Onana from Ajax Amsterdam last summer. The Nerazzurri brought in the goalkeeper from Cameroon on a free transfer.
So far, the 26-year-old goalkeeper’s performance has been promising. Onana has repeatedly saved Inter from conceding goals. One of the most memorable actions is the brilliant save against Porto in the second leg of the Champions League last 16.
This impressive appearance made Onana a target for English clubs. Chelsea, Manchester United and Tottenham Hotspur are reportedly interested in signing the Barcelona graduate.
In fact, specifically for Chelsea, the steps taken were more advanced than other teams. The Blues are willing to provide 40 million euros plus Edouard Mendy for Onana.
Gazzetta dello Sport reported that Inter have set a selling price for Onana. Inter want to sell Onana for 60 to 70 million euros.
If Onana does leave, Inter have targeted a replacement. Inter are reportedly interested with Empoli goalkeeper Guglielmo Vicario. The value of the Italian goalkeeper is estimated at no less than 20 million euros.
