DBasia.news – The rivalry between two English giants, Manchester United and Liverpool, is heating up. Especially after the Red Devils midfielder, Andreas Pereira, expressed his hatred towards some of the Reds’ players.
When speaking on the Youtube channel of Desimpedidos, Pereira said Van Dijk and James Milner were ‘marrento’s’ players or arrogant players.
Pereira said soon after Chelsea manager, Frank Lampard called Liverpool arrogant after the Reds’ 5-3 victory over the Blues in Week 37 of the Premier League at Anfield.
“I really don’t like that guy, Milner. And tell you the truth, I – also – don’t like that guy, the defender, Van Dijk. (He) is a Marrento’s man. Even by the way he plays he is arrogant,” Pereira told Desimpedidos.
Unlike the attitude of the two players, Pereira actually rated his two compatriots, David Luiz and Willian as good players. Pereira claimed to be comfortable when talking about them when they defended Arsenal and Chelsea before the game began.
Finally Pereira mentioned Thiago Silva, Marquinhos, and Sergio Ramos as players who were rated highly as top players.
This season Andreas Pereira has performed 39 times in all competitions with two goals and four assists. Despite playing at the beginning of the season, Pereira returned to inhabit United’s bench due to intense competition in the midfield.
Ole Gunnar Solskjaer has Scott McTominay, Fred, Nemanja Matic, Paul Pogba, and Bruno Fernandes for positions in the midfield. Pereira was allegedly the player the club would sell following the intense competition in the area.
