DBasia.news – The urgency to achieve the trophy is a priority for Real Madrid coach, no matter who it is. Jorge, Santiago Solari’s uncle, warns him preparing to receive great pressure in Madrid.
Real Madrid appointed Santiago Solari to replace Julen Lopetegui. Previously, the Argentinian coach led El Real junior team, Castilla.
In the beginning, Solari was just the interim coach. He was in charge to lead Karim Benzema and friends for two weeks while the club looked for a new coach.
Unexpectedly, Solari brought Madrid to the victory track. Since his debut, the former Inter Milan player achieved four consecutive victories. The result brings El Real closer to the table standing, Barcelona, with just four points behind.
No wonder, Florentino Perez decided to make him as the permanent coach of Madrid since Wednesday (14/11).
Despite the sweet start, Jorge asked his nephew to keep on learning. Moreover, Madrid squad are filled with the best players worldwide.
“We are a family with a lot of football tradition and this is the greatest honor yet,” Jorge told Radio Mitre in Argentina, as cited by Diario AS.
“It’s a really difficult and demanding job of course, but to manage that dressing room you need to have won trophies, to have earned a lot of money,” the uncle described.
“The players who come to Madrid are in this bracket, we are talking about the very best players in the world, so you need to have clout of your own to manage all that,” Jorge said.
Santiago Solari still has two more weeks during the international break to strengthen his strategy. Next, Madrid will visit Eibar (24/11).
