Arteta Calls Eddie Nketiah from Leeds

DBasia.news –  Arsenal coach, Mikel Arteta, ended Eddie Nketiah’s loan spell with Leeds United earlier.

The young striker only appeared in two matches when loaned to Leeds United. He played his last match against West Brom with a 1-1 draw. Nketiah was recently called in by the Gunners.

Arsenal weree frustrated by Nketiah’s lack of appearance for Leeds. The Bullet Warehouse Team will consider whether to involve him with the first team or find a new loan club that will provide more opportunities for Nketiah to appear.

Arteta confirmed that he would speak to Arsenal directors, Raul Sanllehi and Edu, regarding what will happened next. Edu is in charge of managing Arsenal-owned players on loan, and potential clubs to join. While Arteta will also speak to Nketiah directly.

“I know Nketiah will come tomorrow so I will talk to him and we will try to make the best decision for him,” Arteta said.
