DBasia.news – Franck Kessie and Tiemoue Bakayoko acted out after Serie A match week 32 between AC Milan against Lazio at San Siro, Sunday (14/4) WIB. Related to the matter, Gennaro Gattuso has apologized to Lazio.
After the match won by Milan with a score of 1-0, Kessie and Bakayoko, who received clothes from Francesco Acerbi in the tradition of exchanging shirts after the game, showed off the clothes to Milan fans and taunted him.
The attitude of the two players seemed to have continued the commotion among the players that had occurred between the players of the two clubs. Acerbi regretted the attitude of Bakayoko and Kessie which was considered to trigger hatred.
“I am disappointed as I exchanged clothes to end the problem. Raising hatred is not a sport, but a sign of weakness,” Acerbi said on Twitter @Acerbi_Fra.
Bakayoko responded by saying an apology to Acerbi. “It’s a joke. I don’t mean to disrespect anyone. I apologize to Acerbi if he feels offended,” Bakayoko replied.
Gattuso apologized to Lazio for the attitude of his foster children. The AC Milan legend stressed that he would give the players additional training as a punishment for using too much social media.
“We apologize for that. The time has come for big clubs to start limiting their professional social media use. They should concentrate on training rather than being busy using their thumbs on their cellphones,” Gattuso said, quoted from Football Italia.
“This week we will practice an hour more rather than spending time on social media,” he said.
Milan and Lazio will clash with each other in the Coppa Italia semi-final second leg at San Siro, Thursday (25/4) at 1:45 a.m. WIB. Aggregate second-team goals are equally strong 0-0.
