DBasia.news – Barcelona are reported to have reached an agreement with Leeds United to bring in Brazilian winger, Raphinha.
Leeds accepted Barca’s offer worth 58 million euros plus a series of clauses that could potentially inflate the transfer amount to 67 million euros.
Raphinha was previously reported to have agreed to sign a contract with the Catalan giants until June 2027.
With this certainty, the 25-year-old player will not move to Chelsea, which had surpassed Barca’s offer for Leeds.
Raphinha actually wanted a move to Barca since last February. However, the Blaugrana are still struggling with financial problems.
With the arrival of Raphinha, Barca have sent home winger on loan from Wolves, Adama Traore. But interestingly, the club has also agreed to extend the contract of Ousmane Dembele.
As for the summer transfer market, Xavi’s squad has only received two free players, namely: Franck Kessie from AC Milan and Andreas Christensen from Chelsea.
