DBasia.news –  Barcelona will submit an offer to PSG regarding Neymar’s transfer issue. Following PSG’s way when recruiting Kylian Mbappe from AS Monaco, Barcelona will also submit the same proposal.

In 2017, PSG borrowed Mbappe with a purchase option at the end of the contract of 145 plus a variable of 35 million euros. This is the way that Barcelona followed in the rest of the 2019 summer transfer window.

According to a report from Sport-English, Barcelona will submit a loan proposal to PSG for Neymar and a purchase option at the end of the contract of 160 million euros paid in 2020. The purchase option is likely to be a mandatory purchase status.

It is done so by Barcelona as they have spent 250 million euros this summer to recruit Neto, Frenkie de Jong, Antoine Griezmann, Emerson, and Junior Firpo. Spending even more, without a worthy players sales, having the potential to violate the rules of FFP (Financial Fair Play).

So, the options offered by Barcelona are a realistic choice for them if they want to recruit Neymar this summer. The chance of the 27-year-old player’s departure from PSG is quite large, as the player has been reluctant to strengthen PSG.

In addition, Neymar’s relationship with PSG fans also deteriorated after revealing the best moment of his career: when Barcelona made a dramatic comeback against PSG in the Champions League.

Barcelona will be competing with Juventus and Real Madrid to hunt for Neymar’s signature. The ex-Santos player has already played for Barcelona in mid 2013-2017. Now, it all depends on PSG to accept or reject Barcelona’s offer.
