DBasia.news – Arsenal released the new away jersey for 2018/2019 season, Thursday (7/6). The Gunners newest jersey looks interesting with a two-tone design.
Perhaps this jersey will be the last design from the Germany company, Puma. This year is the last collaboration for the North London club with Puma.
The away jersey for next season is navy blue with a dark red stripe in chest and arm.
“The colour blue has been a feature in Arsenal away shirts since the the early years and this shirt stays rooted in that tradition whilst also incorporating the colour red in the form of a diamond cut pulse pattern running through the middle with heather-marl flecks on the sleeves.”
This new design was also announced in a video uploaded by the club presenting Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang, Hector Bellerin, and a young 18-year-old player, Reiss Nelson.
But the introduction triggered the negative responses from Arsenal supporters, assuming the new design as ‘horrible’.
This jersey will probably be worn for the first time during the pre-season match of Arsenal versus Atletico Madrid on July 26 in Singapore.
