Can only be injured, AC Milan Still Wants to Recruit Young Italian Strikers
By db-admin
DBasia.news – AC Milan is reportedly working on a permanent loan from AS Monaco, Pietro Pellegri. However, Milan will not retain the striker. The Rossoneri have plans to loan Pellegri.
AC Milan brought Pietro Pellegri from AS Monaco in the transfer market last summer. The Rossoneri made the 20-year-old striker a back-up to Zlatan Ibrahimovic and Olivier Giroud.
However, so far Pietro Pellegri has not had many opportunities to appear. He has only played in six games. Injury is one of the limiting factors.
However, the Italian striker did not lose fans. Torino reportedly want to borrow Pietro Pellegri for 18 months. Torino also want to include a permanent option in the deal.
Getting the offer, Milan first sought a handshake with Monaco. Because, the Rossoneri can’t necessarily loan Pellegri to Torino because the striker’s status is still a Monaco player. That means, there needs to be permission from the Ligue 1 club.
According to reports Nicolo Schira, Milan plans to make Pietro Pellegri permanent. Milan will meet representatives of Monaco to offer a ransom of 4 million euros.
Meanwhile, in the previous agreement, Milan and Monaco agreed if Pietro Pellegri’s ransom value was 6 million euros plus a bonus of 1 million euros. That means, Milan is trying to get a cheaper price than what was previously agreed.
