Cassano thinks Juventus does not need to Bring in Zidane

DBasia.news – Antonio Cassano, former AS Roma player, believes that Juventus does not need to recruit Zinedine Zidane as he is similar to Massimiliano Allegri.

Juventus are reportedly unsatisfied with Maurizio Sarri’s performance. Even though it was too soon, but Sarri’s opportunity was thrown wide open.

Reportedly, Juventus dreamed of making Zinedine Zidane as a coach. The former player has a slick track record of winning three consecutive Champions League trophies. That is the title the Bianconeri have been longing for.

However, according to Cassano, Juventus will suffer setbacks if Zinedine Zidane is in the coaching seat. As previously Juve had a coach similar to Zidane.

“Zidane is a great guy, but he is a perfect imitation of Allegri. They want to make Juventus play by playing Juventus,” Cassano said as reported by Goal.

“What will you do? Will you return to what you left behind?”

Cassano doubted that Zidane was willing to leave and headed for Juventus. According to him, there are other clubs that provide a big challenge for Zizou.

“I don’t know if Zidane wants to leave Real Madrid to head to Juventus. In my opinion, he will leave for Paris Saint-Germain,” Cassano stated.

“At the international level, he has to spend time as desired. So, if you want to change, I think he will head to PSG. That is a big challenge as they have never won the Champions League,” added Cassano.

Another name included in the Juventus coach market is Pep Guardiola. However, for now it is difficult to see Manchester City let Guardiola leave.
