Chelsea legend is furious about Lukaku wanting to return to Inter Milan

DBasia.news – Romelu Lukaku’s intention to return to Inter Milan infuriated Chelsea legend Jimmy Floyd Hasselbaink. He considered the attacker rude.

Lukaku has stirred up Chelsea’s changing room after a snippet of his interview with Sky Sports Italia circulated last week. On that occasion, the Belgian player issued all his complaints.

Lukaku firmly criticized Thomas Tuchel for changing Chelsea’s tactics. It made Lukaku feel uncomfortable.Lukaku then expressed his desire to return to Inter. Even though he only left the Nerazzurri last summer.

“I really hope from the bottom of my heart to return to Inter, not at the end of my career, but while I am still at the highest level,” said Lukaku.

“Now I think it’s the right time to speak because I’ve always said that Inter is always in my heart. I’ll be playing there again, I really hope that happens.”

Hasselbaink could not understand Lukaku’s gesture. He also questioned the mission in question when he left Inter and returned to Chelsea.

“We all know he (Lukaku) had to leave Inter because they were in financial trouble. If he really loved Inter, he should have said ‘I’l stay and give me half my salary’,” Hasselbaink told Sky Sports.

“But that didn’t happen and he’s here now. What he did was really disrespectful.”

Even so, Hasselbaink can understand Lukaku’s frustration at Chelsea. Every striker wants to score a lot of goals, especially with the high price tag.

“It’s okaygetting frustrated that you don’t play. Every player will have bad times and injuries.”

“But if you don’t come back like you should, the manager has the right not to play you.”
