DBasia.news – Christian Eriksen’s agent, Martin Schoots, opened up regarding his client’s separation from Inter Milan. Schoots confirmed Eriksen will return to the San Siro.
Inter Milan and Christian Eriksen have agreed to part ways. The two sides did not find a way out to overcome the problem of the ban as Eriksen was using a heart aid.
Martin Schoots revealed, Eriksen will not retire just yet. Reportedly, Eriksen received an offer to play from a Danish club.
“Eriksen is in good physical condition. I believe he will return to the field because football is his life. Italy is the only country that does not give permission to play or train with a defibrillator,” said Martin Schoots as reported by Gazzetta dello Sport.
Christian Eriksen also wants to say goodbye to the Inter Milan fans. Therefore, Eriksen will be coming to one of Inter’s home games in January next year.
“Right now, he’s just saying goodbye to the director. However, in the near future he will meet his team-mates. He wants to come to the San Siro in January to meet the fans who keep texting him.”
“The fans really wanted him since the rumors came. When they got to know him, they really appreciated it. This is something that goes beyond football and it will last forever,” stated the agent.
Christian Eriksen joined Inter Milan in the 2020 winter transfer market. Although he had difficulty adapting, the 29-year-old midfielder was an important part in La Beneamata’s success in winning Serie A last season.
