DBasia.news – Mats Hummels’ agent, Marc Kosicke, is rumored negotiating with Chelsea to finish his transfer. Kosicke did that because Hummels is rumored no longer enjoying his time in Bayern Munchen.
Actually, Mats Hummels was the prominent player for Bayern Munchen defense for some seasons ago. Hummels is known as a calm defender and superior in a one-on-one duel.
However, the situation changes this season. Hummels becomes the third option after Jerome Boateng and Niklas Sule.
Bild reported Hummels isn’t happy with that situation and plans to leave Bayern during the 2019 winter transfer market. Marc Kosicke as his agent has left to London discussing it with Chelsea.
However, Bayern Munchen President Karl-Heinz Rummenigge denied that rumor. The former Germany football player said Hummels would stay until the end of the season.
“We had a conversation with Mats a few days ago and he will play for Bayern Munich in the second half of the season,” Rummenigge told Bild.
Also, Bayern Sporting Director Hasan Salihamidzic supported that statement. “We talked to Mats, it was a good conversation,” Salihamidzic emphasized.
“Mats wanted to talk to us. We explained our point of view to him and he explained his point of view. I think that we came to a common denominator,” he continued.
So far, Hummels just played in two clubs, Bayern Munchen and Borussia Dortmund. The 30-year-old payer just performed in 14 caps throughout this season.
