De Ligt Confessess not having Confidence with Juventus

DBasia.news – Dutch defender, Matthijs De Ligt, admitted that his performance was not optimal since moving from Ajax Amsterdam. This is because he is in a state of insecurity. De Ligt promised to get back up and return to his best form of play.
“At Ajax I feel mighty. But now here, I’m just the opposite. That may be understandable. What is clear is, my confidence is slightly reduced at this time, “De Ligt stated as quoted by Sky Sports, Tuesday (10/15/2019).
“I’m in a new club with a new style. “Of course Juventus are a little different from Ajax,” he added.
The 20-year-old player added that even though he wasn’t confident yet. He did not want to give up and will prove to be capable to show his best performance.
“I’m still not in the best condition. I know and realize that, “he added.
“The more I play, the closer I am to proving my best performance. What I am doing now is working hard and learning with my teammates, “concluded De Ligt.
De Ligt was brought in by Juventus for 75 million euros after leading Ajax to win double winners in the domestic competition and qualify for the Champions League semifinals.
