Deschamps Will Be France Coach for the Euro 2020

DBasia.news – President of the French Football Federation (FFF), Noel Le Graet, ensured Didier Deschamps position as the architect of Les Bleus until the 2020 Europe Cup.

Previously, former Real Madrid coach, Zinedine Zidane, was predicted to take over Deschamps position after the 2018 World Cup.

The mystery of France national team coach in the Euro 2020 is revealed. The number one person in French Football Federation, Le Graet, is satisfied with Deschamps’ performance leading Paul Pogba and friends.

“We have contracts until 2020. He’s someone who works a lot. Didier and his staff spend hours and hours watching this or that player, the opponents,” said Le Graet told BFM TV.

“Sometimes you need a little luck, but the work done by Didier is considerable. For the first match (of Euro 2020), he will be there,” he explained.

The decision also dismissed the rumor that Zinedine Zidane will be France coach after leaving Real Madrid in May 2018.

“There has been no will on his part, manifested by him, to train the national team. We have not thought about it. Didier is in place until 2020. Me too, (then) we’ll see,” said Le Great.

France is the first country in Didier Deschamps career as a coach. Previously, the 49-year-old coach led some clubs like AS Monaco, Juventus, and Olympique Marseille.
