DBasia.news – Kingsley Coman scored two goals when France won a landslide victory over Albania. Coman’s performance was praised by his coach in France, Didier Deschamps.
In the continuing group H match of Euro 2020 Qualifiers at the Stade de France, France won 4-1 over Albania. Coman scored two goals, while other goals were scored by Olivier Giroud (27 ‘) and Nanitamo Ikone (85’), plus a consolation goal by Sokol Cikalleshi hroughthe white spot on the 90th minute.
Coman was originally not a new name in the French national team squad. On several occasions, the former PSG (Paris Saint-Germain) player rarely appeared due to injuries. This time he is in fit condition.
“It’s been a while since he (Coman) was with us. He was there before the Euro (2016) and before that, he was younger,” stated Deschamps as quoted by Goal.
“The game is more or less like what he did for a year with Bayern Munich. He is more interested in goals and become a differentiator.”
“He always has this ability, to ruin an opponent’s balance … it’s nice to see him at this level of play,” Deschamps added.
France will end the international break this September against Andorra at the Stade de France, Wednesday (11/9) AM. Currently, the 2018 World Cup champion is at the top of the standings with 12 points from five matches that have been played.
