Doing Fasting, Salah Changed Training Schedule

DBasia.news – Mohamed Salah had to practice fasting as a Muslim. However, the Liverpool star must adjust his training schedule so that his worship and physical condition remain balanced.

Mo Salah (27 years) can also fast in the month of Ramadan this year because football in Europe was stopped due to the corona virus pandemic. The Egyptian wing attacker continues to undergo a training program from Liverpool at his home.

But for this special month it’s different. Mo Salah does not practice in the morning or evening. According to Mirror, the former Chelsea and AS Roma player changed his training time to night and early morning.

The second time was chosen because Mo Salah – and other Muslims – did not fast. While for early morning Mo Salah did it at dawn at 3:00 in the morning local time. The change in practice time still helped Mo Salah stay fit in the middle of the lockdown.

To date (27/04) 152,840 cases of corona have been found in the UK with up to 20,732 deaths. Liverpool legend Kenny Dalglish previously also tested positive for the virus originating from Wuhan, China.

Mo Salah has been a star for Liverpool since coming from Rome in 2017. In his debut season he was selected as the PFA Player of the Year after scoring 44 goals in all competitions. His consistency continues to this day.

Al Mokawloon academy products offer the Champions League title, the European Super Cup, and this season has the opportunity to end the fasting of the Premier League title for 30 years before the league is postponed due to the corona virus. Liverpool only need two more wins to secure it, but in the current situation there is the potential for the Premier League to be canceled like the Eredivisie until there are no champions, as well as teams that are promoted and relegated.
