DBasia.news – Arsenal midfielder Mohamed Elneny is suggested to leave during the January winter transfer market. Hamdy Nouh, former Elneny coach in El Mokawloon club, states it.
“He needs to leave Arsenal in the next transfer market, at least on loan to play more and regain his confidence,” Nouh said.
Elneny just played once in the Premier League since Unai Emery came. He couldn’t compete against Lucas Torreira and Matteo Guendouzi.
The No. 4 player still has a long-term contract with Arsenal until 2022. Hence, Nouh suggested him to leave as the on-loan player.
“He has been influenced lately by the change in coach and his new style, but I am confident that he will return better than before, because of his great potential and the competitive spirit that will help him get back in,” Nouh said.
Elneny has been supporting The Gunners since January 2016. In total, he played in 79 matches of all competitions and scored two goals.
