Following Russia, Polish league Allows Spectators Entering the Stadium by June 19th

DBasia.news – After the Russian League, the Polish League also allows spectators to attend matches in the stadium.

This certainly becomes a courage full of risk. For example, elite leagues such as the Bundesliga, Premier League, Serie A and LaLiga chose to continue the competition in closed stadium until the corona virus pandemic ends.

Even so, this decision seems to have been thought through. Spectators will be allowed to come to the stadium starting June 19th.

Later the number of spectators who can attend the stadium is limited according to the stadium’s infrastructure and capacity of each club. But only a maximum of 25 percent or a quarter of the seating capacity.

“We are very ready to come back and the people who will come to the stadium will be safe. This will be a good time for the promotion of Polish football in Europe,” said Ekstraklasa President, Marcin Animucki, as quoted by Goal International.

The Polish government through its prime minister, Mateusz Morawiecki has also given the green light related to this plan. Special protocols will be immediately formulated by the parties concerned.

“We all need football and sports. This is an important element of our return to new normalities,” Morawiecki said.

That’s why we give football fans the opportunity to participate in events at the stadium, of course only after formulating adequate security measures.”

Extracts have been suspended since last March. Legia Warsaw is leading the standings with four matches left in the regular season before entering the play-offs.
