Gareth Bale reveals his feelings when he returns to join his former team

DBasia.news – Gareth Bale expressed his feelings since returning to Tottenham Hotspur on loan from Real Madrid. He admitted that he felt happy and did not feel frustrated even though he had quite a few opportunities to play.

His happiness was able to be shown by performing nicely in the match against Burnley, Sunday (28/2) WIB. Bale managed to score two goals for the Spurs victory with a final score of 4-0.

The 31 year old player has made only nine appearances and has only started three times in the Premier League. From the playing opportunities he received, Bale scored three goals and two assistants.

Bale was rumored to be frustrated due to the lack of opportunities to play this season. The Welsh player has denied the rumors but still hopes to have a more important role for the team.

“The most important thing is we know we are not in good form and it is important to get back to our winning ways,” Bale said as quoted by Goal.

“It’s not just about scoring goals. It’s about our game as a whole and helping the team. I’m happy with the goals and assists and whatever I can do for the team.”

“I am happy all season. In the locker room I feel comfortable and have fun. I am happy and I am sure it can be seen on the pitch,” he concluded.
