Gareth Bale Suggested Move To Rangers Because Of Golf Course

DBasia.news – Scottish legend Ally McCoist has advised Real Madrid star Gareth Bale to move to Rangers. The reason McCoist makes this suggestion is quite simple: Scotland has the world’s best golf courses.

Bale’s contract with Madrid expires at the end of this month, and he has also postponed his retirement due to his success in guiding Wales to the World Cup.

To be able to appear in Qatar later, the 32-year-old player must of course play at the club, and McCoist has given him promising advice.

“If I were Rangers, I would offer him something too,” McCoist told talkSPORT.

“Look, he’s at a stage in his life that he wants to enjoy himself.”

“We all know he’s a big golf fan, we have a very good golf course.”

“I would bring him here and say: ‘Look, have a great year here’. The fans will love him, absolutely love him.”

McCoist then talked about Ranger, who made it to the Europa League final last season but lost to Eintracht Frankfurt on penalties.

He gave his opinion on the missed penalty taker, Aaron Ramsey, who is on loan from Juventus.

“I know they are all disappointed with Ramsey, he is not 100 per cent fit, I understand.”

“I don’t know him so I can’t speak for him, but it looks like he’s in a period where he wants to enjoy the last two or three years of his career.”
