Gary Neville Suggests Manchester United Bring This Player as Sancho Substitute

DBasia.news – Manchester United legend Gary Neville suggested The Red Devils find an alternative player if they fail to get Jadon Sancho from Borussia Dortmund. Sancho reportedly became the main target of Manchester United in the transfer market this summer.

Manchester United continue to be linked with Sancho. But Borussia Dortmund as the owner club is said to not be selling him at under 100 million pounds.

For Neville the price set by Dortmund is too excessive. Therefore he advises Manchester United Manager Ole Gunnar Solskjaer to look for other options.

Sarr is a 22-year-old player who now strengthens Watford. He also plays as a right wing like Sancho.

This season is his debut competing in the Premier League. But Sarr had no difficulty adapting because he successfully recorded five goals and five assists from 26 matches.

Neville rated Sarr is the type of player needed by Manchester United. The price is also much cheaper than Sancho.

“Manchester United needs a right winger. He (Sarr) is honestly a very big talent,” Neville said.

“He will be sought and Watford I am sure will cash it if he gets the right offer.”

Solskjaer is likely to consider his former teammate’s advice. The more mature Mason Greenwood did make them begin to rethink to bring Sancho.

It is feared that Sancho’s presence could disrupt the stability of Manchester United’s front line. The player also has not been tested to face pressure because of the high price.

Therefore, Sarr becomes a more realistic choice. The Senegalese player could become second Odion Ighalo as an unknown player with maximum contribution.
