DBasia.news – Silvio Martina, agent of Gianluigi Buffon, confirmed the chance of his client to strengthen FC Porto. Buffon can replace his colleague, Iker Casillas.
Iker Casillas’s football career ended due to a heart attack. Casillas had been rushed to the hospital some time before declaring his retirement.
These conditions has made FC Porto lose their main goalkeeper figure. As Iker Casillas was a champion under the crossbar for the past few seasons.
A number of names were targeted to become a successor to Iker Casillas. Including among them the legendary Italian goalkeeper, Gianluigi Buffon, who is currently unemployed.
Silvio Martina also did not rule out the possibility of his client docking in Portugal. Moreover, there is currently no attractive offer for Gianluigi Buffon.
