Gonzalo Higuain Doesn’t Close the Opportunity to Play on River Plate

DBasia.news – Gonzalo Higuain did not rule out leaving Juventus and returning to River Plate.
Higuain, 31, has two years left on his contract with the Bianconeri. El Pipita is currently focused on giving everything to Juventus, but, he claimed not to know about his future after his contract expires later.
“I have not closed any doors, the future is unclear. I have two years left on my contract here and then we will see it again later,” Higuain said, as reported by Football-Italy.
“I am still very much in love with River, the team and the fans. I watched their matches and was happy when things went well for them. Honestly, I do not know what will happen. For now, I want to continue my career at Juventus. “
Since leaving River Plate in 2006, Higuain’s career in Europe has skyrocketed with Real Madrid, Napoli, Juventus, AC Milan, and Chelsea. Now, Higuain is a mainstay striker in Maurizio Sarri’s squad.
