Hails Juventus, Jose Mourinho Criticized Manchester United

DBasia.news – Manchester United manager Jose Mourinho hails Juventus, the team that defeated his squad in the Champions League match last week. At the same time, Mourinho also criticized his own team.

“And he told me: ‘I don’t want the eighth. I want 10 in a row. They have won seven in a row, but they bought Cristiano (Ronaldo) and (Leonardo) Bonucci and (Emre) Can and (Joao) Cancelo.”

“They (Juventus) always want more and more and more. I think the objective of the club is happiness related to football results and they are going to chase that treble,” Mourinho continued.

Jose Mourinho’s statement was aimed at the fact that Manchester United didn’t recruit his expected players in the 2018 summer transfer market. Practically, there was no big name joined.

Explicitly, Jose Mourinho criticized Manchester United’s high-officials. But, Mourinho denied it.

“One thing is to compliment Juventus, but it’s another to give my opinion on how Manchester United should or shouldn’t be organized at that level,” Jose Mourinho described.

“My belief is that you did not take me seriously when I said that the second position was a phenomenal position for us and that this season was going to be difficult,” Mourinho added.
