Higuain to Milan in Loan Status
By news-admin
DBasia.news – Serie A champion, Juventus, will complete the big transfer with AC Milan during the summer transfer market. The transfer involved three players, Gonzalo Higuain, Leonardo Bonucci, and Mattia Caldara.
Higuain, according to the news from Sky Sports (31/7), agreed to move to Milan with loan status. Rossoneri could buy him permanently next year worth £32M, much cheaper than his 90 million euro price tag when Juventus got him from Napoli back in 2016.
Higuain’s agent, Nicolas, has met Leonardo, Milan sporting director to discuss his transfer in Milan. The result was positive. The Argentinian 30-year-old striker agreed to join Milan after playing in Juventus two seasons.
The decision ended speculation about Higuain’s move to Chelsea. He was rumored to reunite with his former coach in Napoli, Maurizio Sarri, currently with The Blues.
Higuain’s transfer will be followed by Caldara’s move to Milan. Caldara was a part of Bonucci transfer to Juventus, his former club in 2010-2017.
The transfer detail hasn’t been announced. However, Milan gave some money to recruit two Juventus’ players. Higuain’s arrival will be the rival and mentor for Italian young striker, Patrick Cutrone in Milan.
Cladara will also come replacing Bonucci for Milan’s defensive line. He is the perfect combo for Milan’s defense with Italian defender, Alessio Romanogli.
