Indonesia Given a Healthy Lifestyle Education by David Beckham

DBasia.news – Former Manchester United player David Beckham provided education for Asian people, including Indonesia. Beckham was carrying out a healthy lifestyle campaign that will be conducted online, Sunday (2/8).

This campaign is a program of a life insurance in Asia Pacific, AIA. As a global ambassador, Beckham is tasked with providing education for people in Asia.

Beckham will talk about mental health, exercise, activity and rest, nutrition, personal development, and pleasant music and comedy.

“I am very proud to be involved in AIA Live together with other AIA Ambassadors, sharing our thoughts and experiences with people throughout Asia about how we can live healthier, live longer and better,” Beckham said.

“We have all faced unexpected challenges this year and protecting ourselves, mentally and physically, is very important,” added the former Real Madrid player.

For Beckham, the experience he has as a professional footballer needs to be shared. Moreover, Beckham believes, a small thing can bring big changes.

“I hope people will be more inspired to make small changes in their lives that can make a big difference and this unique activity will really motivate them,” said Beckham.

Not only Beckham, AIA also presented Indonesian writer Raditya Dika. He will share insights into the positives of life, about how to live healthier, longer, and better in comedy packaging.
