DBasia.news – Inter Milan refuse to lose their players again. Currently, the Nerazzurri have prepared proposals for contract extensions for the three players.
Inter Milan failed to retain Ivan Perisic at the start of this season. The defender heads to Tottenham Hotspur on a free transfer.
Inter have the opportunity to experience a similar occurance in Milan Skriniar’s case as the player looks is most likely not extending his contract which expires this season. Skriniar has reportedly reached a personal agreement with Paris Saint-Germain.
Not wanting to repear past mistakes, Inter began extending players whose contracts were about to expire. The three players are Matteo Darmian, Hakan Calhanoglu and Alessandro Bastoni. For Bastoni and Calhanoglu, their second term of service will end next season.
The Nerazzurri are reportedly announcing Darmian’s contract extension. The defender agreed to extend his contract for another year plus an option for another season later.
Meanwhile, for Calhanoglu, La Beneamata is preparing a contract until 2026. If agreed, the former Milan midfielder will receive €5 million per season plus bonuses.
For Bastoni, Inter wanted to keep the defender longer than Calhanoglu. Il Biscione intends to submit a proposal for the Italian national team defender with a duration of up to 2027.
Inter hope the negotiations go smoothly in the coming weeks. La Beneamata doesn’t want to lose another mainstay player for free.
