DBasia.news – Inter Milan reportedly would prefer to retain their Belgian midfielder, Radja Nainggolan rather than having to pay for Arturo Vidal.
Vidal did give the indication to leave for Inter. The presence of Antonio Conte in the coaching seat is the main reason.
The 33-year-old player seems to miss playing under Conte. Both had worked together when defending Juventus in 2011 to 2014.
Unfortunately the desire is unrequited. Vidal’s name is not in Inter’s transfer plan.
Inter Milan loaned Radja Nainggolan to Cagliari at the start of the season.
Reported by Tuttosport, Inter chose to use Nainggolan to strengthen their midfield. The Indonesian decent player will indeed return from his loan period at Cagliari.
This decision will make Inter save the transfer funds. AC Milan city rivals can focus on getting Sandro Tonali from Brescia.
Tonali is now Inter’s main target in the upcoming transfer window. The presence of the 20-year-old player can smooth their plans to return victorious.
If Tonali is successfully brought in, then Inter will be overloaded in midfield. A number of names such as Matias Vecino, Borja Valero and Roberto Gagliardini will likely be on the sale list.
