Jadon Sancho and Haaland Break New Bundesliga Records

DBasia.news –  Borussia Dortmund won a landslide 5-0 win over Union Berlin in the Bundesliga match. Two young players, Jadon Sancho and Erling Braut Haaland set a special record.

In the match that took place at Signal Iduna Park Stadium, Saturday (1/2/2020) Jadon Sancho and Erling Haaland both scored. British winger scored one goal, while the Norwegian bomber again made a brace.

The nick is enough to make their names in the Bundesliga history book. Sancho became the youngest player in the history of the German League to score 25 goals.

For information, the former Manchester City player is currently 19 years old. He broke the record previously held by Bayer Leverkusen starlet Kai Havertz who scored 24 goals at the age of 20.

Meanwhile, Haaland is the first player in Bundesliga history to successfully pack seven goals in the first three matches in the highest caste of the German League.

As is known, since joining Dortmund in early January, the bomber immediately appeared impressive. On the debut match, he immediately incised a hat-trick. And in the previous two games, the 19-year-old player consistently scored a brace.

Even more special, the match against Union Berlin was the first time for a striker brought in from RB Salzburg. In the previous two games, he was always a substitute in the second half.
