DBasia.news –  Indonesia’s local food, Gado-gado has successfully enticed the PSG legend, Jay-Jay Okocha. On his first visit to Indonesia, Okocha has fallen in love with gado-gado.

Okocha came to Indonesia as PSG’s ambassador. Coincidentally, the French club is making efforts in expanding their market to Indonesia.

While in Indonesia, Okocha has a number of agendas. One of which includes an event in watching the PSG Vs Bordeaux game at Kemang Village, Jakarta, Saturday (9/2).

Since arriving in Indonesia, Jay-Jay Okocha has received a welcome that impressed him. The Nigerian admits that he has tried the local foods.

“I am happy here in Indonesia. Since arriving here yesterday, I have tried Indonesia’s local foods. But I’ve forgotten the name, what is it? Doga-doga?” asked Okocha before being corrected by the host of the event on a press conference at Dharmawangsa Hotel, Jakarta.

“Oh, gado-gado. Which consists of vegetables, I like it. I will remember that name. this is my first time coming to Indonesia.

“But I assure you, this will not be my last time. I thank all PSG supporters here in Indonesia, you are the reason I am  here,” continues Okocha.

While he still played, Okocha was known as a reliable attack arranger. Okocha helped the Nigerian football team win an Olympic goal medal in 1996.
