JDT is poisonous again

DBasia.news – JOHOR BAHRU: Johor Darul Ta’zim (JDT) regained victory after scoring Kedah 5-1 in Group C Malaysia Cup at Tan Sri Hassan Yunos Stadium, Larkin.

Although the South Tigers are surprised by the change of coaches where Benjamin Mora took over Raul Longhi, it did not affect the spirits of the players who were really looking for the first win.

In fact, Mora, who had just guided the team since Tuesday, managed to create a tactical tactic to ensure that it started with the right step to extinguish the grief after a 2-1 defeat to MIFA in the recent match.

The hosts attempted as early as the fifth minute through Gonzalo Cabrera, who fired a ball from outside the penalty box but went on to goalkeeper Mohamad Ramdhan Ab Hamid.

JDT’s opening goal came after Corbin Ong’s kick in the 12th minute that was struck by Fernando Marquez’s header to the right corner of Kedah’s goal to beat Mohamad Ramdhan.

Marquez almost scored his second personal goal three minutes later but Cabrera’s pass, which managed to dribble three Kedah players, crossed the goal post.

However, the mistake of Natxo Insa who kicked the ball back in the 34th minute opened the opportunity for Sandro Da Silva to snatch the ball before firing against Farizal Marlias to score a goal for the visitors.

On the second half, the hosts returned ahead of the visitors in the 46th minute after the pass from Nazmi Faiz Mansor to Insa.

After a fight to hunt down the final goal, Ahmad Hazwan Bakri’s came through with a free kick in the 71st minute.

In the 81st minute, Cabrera added the home goal and S Kunanlan’s substitute also did not waste his time in injury time to score.
