Juventus Becomes the Leading Team to Get David Alaba

By db-admin

DBasia.news – David Alaba is reportedly going to leave Bayern Munich in the January transfer market. This is because the negotiations for the extension of Alaba’s representative contract with Die Roten did not reach an agreement.

There are at least four clubs that are widely reported to be the new ports for the 28-year-old defender. Apart from the two Spanish giants, Barcelona and Real Madrid, Manchester City and Juventus are also said to be interested in recruiting the Austrian national team left-back.

However, of the four clubs, Juventus are reportedly in the forefront and have a great opportunity to bring in players who can occupy the positions of central defender and defensive midfielder.

This is because the negotiations for Alaba, represented by Pini Zahavi’s agent and his father, George Alaba, with Juventus management have reached an advanced stage.

“Based on the last negotiations, Alaba can sign a pre-contract agreement to join Juventus in January. That way, Alaba will move to Juventus on a free transfer at the beginning of next season, ” wrote the Sportsmediaset report, Friday (16/10).

In fact, with the good relationship that exists between Bayern Munich and Juventus, Alaba’s move can be made in the middle of this season. I Bianconeri need Alaba’s services to be the first choice on the left side of the defense.

Alex Sandro’s performance is considered inconsistent, while Gianluca Frabotta is considered inexperienced. Meanwhile, Juan Cuadrado, who was entrusted with the position of full-back last season, is said to be still adapting to his new position.

On the other hand, Alaba’s contract negotiations with Munich’s management continue to come to a dead end. The alumni of the Bayern Munich youth team again rejected the offer of a new contract from Munich in the middle of this week.

In his last offer, Munich gave a four-year contract, with a salary of up to 11 million euros per season plus a bonus of up to 6 million euros.

Reportedly, Alaba is waiting for new offers from Munich, including the possibility of a salary increase and an additional contract duration.

Even so, Munich is said to be reluctant to grant Alaba’s request for a salary increase. Die Bayern management is reluctant to change the payroll structure of players in Die Bayern’s first team.

Apart from Juventus, Barcelona and Real Madrid are also reportedly waiting for the development of Alaba’s contract extension with Munich. The two Spanish giants are ready to offer Alaba.

Meanwhile, from the Premiere League, Manchester City manager Pep Guardiola hopes to work with his former foster children again.
