Juventus Indicate They Will Not Sign Anthony Martial

DBasia.news – Rumors of Anthony Martial joining Juventus are unlikely to come true. The Old Lady’s side recently indicated it was unable to redeem Martial this winter.

Juventus plans to bring in new forwards in the transfer market this winter. Massimiliano Allegri felt, the sharpness of the attackers who had fallen into one of Juve’s weak points.

The situation became more urgent after Federico Chiesa was injured. Reportedly, the Italy international will be out until the end of the season.

According to reports from Italy, Juve are interested in adding Anthony Martial to their squad. In a tit for tat, Man United really wants to let Martial go. Juve hope to get Martial on loan.

Currently, Martial’s position at Manchester United is difficult. The former AS Monaco did not get enough opportunities to appear. He lost to compete with Cristiano Ronaldo and Edinson Cavani. In fact, Martial is also only a backup for some young Man United players.

The exit door opened even more after Martial and Ralf Rangnick got into a commotion. Initially, Rangnick claimed Martial refused to join the Man United squad. However, this statement was immediately denied by the striker.

However, this did not necessarily make Martial’s path to Juventus smooth. Economic factors become a stumbling block for the fans.

Sport Mediaset reports, Manchester United priced Martial at 6 million euros for a loan until the end of this season. In addition, the Red Devils also want Juve to pay Martial’s full salary which reaches 6 million euros. That means, the funds needed by Juventus is 12 million euros.

This value makes Juventus turn around. Maurizio Arrivabene, who serves as director of Juve, has confirmed his objection to the price set by Manchester United.
