DBasia.news – Real Madrid star Karim Benzema had time to upload insinuations related to Kylian Mbappe’s cancellation to Madrid. The young bomber chose to stay at Paris Saint-Germain, but Benzema insists that their relationship will not be affected.
Mbappe, 23, who is Ligue 1’s top scorer with 28 goals, had agreed a contract with Los Blancos, and will leave once his contract with PSG expires next month.
However, he changed his mind and decided to extend his stay at the Parc des Princes, signing a contract worth an exorbitant amount until 2025.
Madrid are furious with Mbappe’s attitude and Benzema doesn’t seem too happy with him either. He uploaded two photos full of code: the first is a photo of his hand pointing at the Madrid crest, and the other is a photo of the late rapper, Tupac, with a man who allegedly betrayed him standing behind him.
The aging striker was reluctant to discuss the decision of his compatriot before the final match of the European Champions League which Madrid won 1-0 over Liverpool, Sunday (29/5) early morning WIB yesterday but has now opened up about the transfer of Mbappe.
“I wish he could fulfill his dream of playing for Real Madrid, with [me],” Benzema told Telefoot.
“He chose PSG, must be respected. It was his choice, he has a big responsibility.”
“We will still enjoy playing time together in the French national team. Everyone has their own choices.”
Benzema added: “Real Madrid yes Real Madrid, I am not disappointed, we are good friends, our relationship will not be affected.”
