Kylian Mbappe denies wanting to leave PSG

DBasia.news – France and Paris Saint-Germain national team star, Kylian Mbappe has vehemently denied reports of him sulking at the club and wanting to leave immediately.

The rumor broke and he was linked with a move to the English Premier League as Liverpool were said ready to accommodate Mbappe.

Mbappe denied all circulating rumors stating that Mbappe had been unhappy at PSG and wanted to leave in the January transfer market.

“I never asked to be withdrawn in January. That’s totally false!” Mbappe said after the match between PSG and Olympique de Marseille.

“I don’t understand the info that came out on match day. I am not involved from near or far with this information,” he said, wondering why there were such rumors.

Mbappe was also asked for information regarding other cases of concern and related to himself and PSG. Although he did not answer the question directly, he said he was “not angry” with his club.

The former AS Monaco player also admitted that there were no private talks with Nasser Al-Khelaifi, the owner of PSG. The only time he’s seen him since the scandal broke was this Sunday before the game. The president of Paris came to congratulate the team.
