LaLiga president says Real Madrid could sign Haaland and Mbappe next year

DBasia.news – LaLiga president Javier Tebas said Real Madrid had a great opportunity to bring in Erling Haaland and Kylian Mbappe in 2022. Tebas thinks Madrid have enough money to do so.

Tebas explained that currently the club nicknamed Los Blancos has the financial strength to bring in Haaland and Mbappe at the same time.

“They have sold players for more than 200 million euros. They have money in the bank to bring in Mbappe and Haaland together,” Tebas said as quoted by Football Espana.

“They haven’t lost any money at all. On top of that, they have sold their assets,” said Tebas.

In fact, Tebas had thought that Madrid would succeed in signing Mbappe this season. Because of that, Tebas admitted that he couldn’t understand why Paris Saint-Germain had rejected Madrid’s offer.

“What I don’t understand is that a club that loses 400 million euros, has a salary budget of 500 million euros, can refuse an offer like the one Madrid made for Mbappe,” Tebas stated.

In the last transfer window, PSG rejected an offer from Real Madrid for Mbappe which was believed to be 200 million euros.
