Leonardo Bonucci Off from Quarantine and Enjoying Family Time

By db-admin

DBasia.news –  Leonardo Bonucci stated that he has done from quarantine period without showing symptoms of corona virus. Now he claimed to be enjoying his day with family.

Bonucci previously had to participate in an independent quarantine after his teammate at Juventus, Daniele Rugani, was declared infected with the corona virus. Rugani is the first positive Serie A player.

In the process, two other Juventus players were also infected, namely Blaise Matuidi and Paulo Dybala. While Bonucci did not experience any symptoms for 14 days of self isolation.

But the situation is still hard for him because Italy is currently in lockdown status. Corona virus cases in Italy so far are approaching 75 thousand  cases with more than 7,500 fatalities.

Luckily the family helped him through difficult days. He enjoyed gathering and playing with his children.

“I’m fine, but the days so far have been hard. Self-isolation is over today. I don’t show any symptoms and I’m lucky,” Bonucci told JTV Football Italia.

“With my children and wife at home, the days are full of interesting things and we don’t feel bored. I play in the park with my son, Lorenzo, like before.”

“Things like this are rather rare for you to see now, so that makes me touched. We have decided that we will do it once every day,” he added.

The Italian league is currently suspended at least until April 3rd. But given the circumstances, it’s likely the suspension will be extended.

Bonucci, like other players, must maintain conditions at home because the team does not hold any training.

“Every morning we get a short message regarding the training we have to do. I usually train around 3 pm, first train with a fitness bike, then do push-ups, abs and traction exercises,” he continued.

“I am also fortunate enough to have a slope in my home garden. That could be useful for a few laps of running,” added the 32 years old player.
