DBasia.news – British young player, Ruben Loftus-Cheek just two times became the starter with Chelsea this season. However, he denied the issue that he would move to another club.
Loftus-Cheek paid off the trust from manager Maurizio Sarri by scoring the hattrick in Chelsea 3-1 victory in the Europa League.
Loftus-Cheek denied that he could no longer stand to play at Stamford Bridge. Moreover, he admits that he is happy to work under Chelsea’s new manager, Maurizio Sarri.
“It is really good work. For a manager who has been in the game for a long time, it would be daft for me not to take in what he is telling me. He is a top manager,” Loftus-Cheek said.
“For me to learn from him is great for my development. I will keep on doing that. I will keep on listening and learning whenever I’m on the pitch or in training.”
Loftus-Cheek is the alumni of Chelsea academy. He has the talent similar as Michael Ballack.
“He is asking me to improve defensively and positionally. We are working on it every day in training,” he said.
“He is so demanding on shape, but also wants you to play freely as well,” he said.
