DBasia.news – Harry Redknapp, former West Ham United manager, assessed that Manchester City would be a very frightening team if they were able to bring in Hary Kane from Tottenham Hotspur.
Harry Kane is a a Tottenham academy product. Since his appearance in the first team in the 2013/14 season, Kane has made 181 goals in 278 appearances.
Although sharp, he has never achieved any title with Tottenham. As a result, Kane was widely associated with Manchester United, Real Madrid and Barcelona.
Harry Kane himself had previously stated that he would move if Tottenham never achieved anything.
“Harry Kane is an ambitious player. “He’s a fantastic professional, a great man, and he wants to play and he wants to win a lot of things,” Redknapp told Sky Sports News.
“Tottenham needs surgery in the summer, but will they spend money? Will anyone spend money now in the next year or two and go for a big transfer? He will look at that and think ‘Stay’. “
“And Kane is an amazing player for one of the top clubs. I don’t want to see him leave Tottenham, neither do the Tottenham fans, but he will be an extraordinary striker for Man City when Aguero’s era is over. “
“Kane will be a great player for anyone. He is a great player and a great professional. “Hopefully he will stay at Tottenham, but he will not stay unless he sees them pushing to win something,” concluded Redknapp.
