DBasia.news – Negotiations between Manchester United and Borussia Dortmund over the transfer of Jadon Sancho have come to light. Both clubs have reportedly agreed on the transfer fee for the English winger.
Manchester United has targeted Sanchosejak last summer. The agile winger is considered to be the right figure to be a mainstay on the right side.
Moreover, the appearance of the former Manchester City player has become increasingly consistent this season. Sancho was able to record 20 goals and 20 assists from 44 matches in all competitions.
Sancho himself seemed interested in moving to Manchester United. Especially after Ole Gunnar Solskjaer’s team is certain to qualify for the Champions League next season.
Even so, bring Sancho is easier said than done. An offer 50 million pounds was rejected by Dortmund, who has set a price of 100 million pounds for one of its flagship players.
But Manchester United did not surrender. They seemd to have found a solution to change Dortmund’s stance.
Reported by Independent, Manchester United has thrown a new offer of 60 million pounds. But this time they included a bonus clause whose contents could make Dortmund achieve the 100 million pounds as desired.
This offer is what made Dortmund interested. But until now there has been no official agreement signed.
A number of British media said Sancho has had a personal agreement with Manchester United. He will be given a long-term contract with a fee of 140 thousand pounds per week.
