DBasia.news – So far only two new players have come to Manchester United, they are Daniel James and Aaron Wan-Bissaka. The two players were not considered enough as United have failed to finish in the top four of the Premier League last season.
Not feeling satisfied, the club based at Old Trafford is still eyeing several other names, including Christian Eriksen who is currently strengthening Tottenham Hotspur.
According to a recent report from the Manchester Evening News, United were the most likely team to get Eriksen’s signature, even the club had made a special request so that Spurs could continue to report developments regarding the future of the Danish player.
Previously there was news stating that the club based at Old Trafford would only move to bring Eriksen if Paul Pogba really left, but now Ole Gunnar Solskjaer has changed his plan and asked the club to keep recruiting the player as his team really needed additional ammunition on midfield.
The chance to get Eriksen’s signature doesn’t seem to be challenging to realize, besides talking about his contract which had not shown any significant progress, the player who had defended Ajax Amsterdam also repeatedly expressed his desire to seek new challenges with other clubs.
Unfortunately, United could not spend a small amount to bring in Eriksen, as the club has set a price of at least 70 million pounds.
Christian Eriksen is certain that he will not be the last player to join Old Trafford, the club that has been trained by Sir Alex Ferguson is also said to be soon completing the transfer process of Harry Maguire and Bruno Fernandes.
