DBasia.news – Manchester United sporting director John Murtough gave a new nuance to the club’s transfer situation in the transfer market this summer. Murtough has started that new era with Jadon Sancho.
Some time ago Man United had reached an agreement with Borussia Dortmund to redeem Sancho for 90 million euros, plus variables depending on the player’s performance. Sancho has also agreed to it personally.
The transfer is predicted to occur after the 2020 European Cup because England have now reached the semifinals and will play Denmark on Thursday (08/07) at 02.00 WIB.
Shortly after Sancho, Man United fans were delighted with the news about the great potential of the club nicknamed the Red Devils to sign Raphael Varane from Real Madrid. It’s not over yet there is one more player United are trying to recruit.
Eduardo Camavinga
According to reports from Fabrizio Romano, European football transfer experts Man United are moving quickly to pursue Stade Rennes’ midfielder who is also interested in another European club, Eduardo Camavinga.
The 18 year old player’s contract expires next year (2022) with Rennes. Rennes is worried that Camavinga will not extend his contract until he is free agents in 2022. Renner is said to have opened the offer at 30 million euros.
“Manchester United are in the process of direct contact to sign Eduardo Camavinga,” said Fabrizio Romano.
“Rennes would be open to negotiating a potential 30 million euro fee, as they will lose Camavinga for free next summer. He is one of Man Utd’s long-term targets, PSG have always been interested in him.”
Camavinga has recently been called up to play in the Olympics which took place in Japan. In August Camavinga became the youngest player to be called up to the France senior team at the age of 17 years, nine months and 17 days.
According to Opta, Camavinga’s appearance against Croatia has made him the youngest debutant since 1914 for France. Camavinga is a product of the Rennes academy who made his first-team debut in 2019 at the age of 16 and has played 67 times in Ligue 1.
