DBasia.news – Former Manchester United player Marouane Fellaini opened his voice over rumors of his move to Jose Mourinho’s club, Tottenham Hotspur. Fellaini has denied that he wants to return to the Premier League.
“We still often communicate today. But at the moment I am fine and happy to play here,” said the player who currently plays for Shandong Luneng, as quoted by the Daily Mail, Friday (12/13/2019).
The Belgian player admitted that the figure of Jose Mourinho was one of the special coaches in his career. For Fellaini, Mourinho’s decision to coach Tottenham was the right step.
“He will be fine with Spurs. I wish you the best. Jose is special for my career,” said Fellaini.
Marouane Fellaini lifted his suitcase from Old Trafford Stadium in early February. He was not included in Ole Gunnar Solskjaer’s plans at Manchester United.
Moving to the Chinese League and joining Shandong Luneng, Fellaini showed a pretty neat game. Fellaini’s contract with Shandong Luneng itself will expire in December 2021.
