Martin Ortega can’t Believe Barcelona was able to Recruit Martin Braithwaite

DBasia.news –  Leganes were upset that Barcelona were allowed to recruit more players and they recruited Martin Braithwaite.

Barcelona was able to bring in Braithwaite after obtaining permission for an emergency transfer from LaLiga. Meanwhile, similar permits were not given to Leganes who had to lose their flagship players.

Los Pepineros themselves were unable to resist the departure of Braithwaite to Barcelona. As Azulgrana immediately activated the release clause of the player who is at 18 million Euros.

“We consider this regulation to be totally unfair. As Barcelona is benefited while Leganes is disadvantaged, “said General Manager of Leganes, Martin Ortega, quoted from the Football Espana page.

Regarding their losses, Leganes has officially filed an appeal to the Spanish Football Federation (RFEF). They certainly hope to be given compensation and an emergency transfer permit to land a replacement for Braithwaite.

Before leaving Braithwaite, Los Pepineros had already lost its flagship striker, Youssef En-Nesyri. The Moroccan national team mainstay player decided to move to Sevilla with a tag of 20 million Euros in the transfer market last winter.

Barcelona officially announced the arrival of Martin Braithwaite on Thursday (20/2) WIB. The Danish national team mainstay player is bound by a long-term contract of four and a half years and has a release clause of 300 million Euros.
