Modric Doesn’t Regret Arsenal’s Rejection

Modric admits that he could join Arsenal. But, he didn’t regret Wenger’s decision.

Modric gained his success with Real Madrid, the club since 2012. He has achieved 14 titles of all competitions with Los Blancos, including three Champions League.

“I took Wenger’s rejection as a new hurdle to overcome. That was his opinion on me at that moment,” he said.

“I have two years left and hopefully one more. The club show me a lot of affection and I’d like to retire at Real Madrid,” he concluded.
