Nicolo Zaniolo is priced at €70 Million by AS Roma following Juventus’ interest

DBasia.news – AS Roma reportedly has set €70 million for Nicolo Zaniolo, claims La Gazzetta dello Sport, as interest came from Juventus, who could include Weston McKennie in a transfer deal.

The Bianconeri’s interest in Zaniolo has been known for many years, but has recently been revived with the certainty that Paulo Dybala will not renew his contract after this season ends.

The quality of Nicolo Zaniolo reportedly attracted the interest of Juventus coach Massimiliano Allegri, especially from a tactical point of view because the Italian national team striker can play in various roles in attack and midfield.

His tenure will end in June 2024, and La Gazzetta dello Sport claims that AS Roma have no objections to selling him, as long as it costs €70 million.

This is, in effect, because the Giallorossi still have an agreement with Inter Milan regarding a 15% cut on any future sales, as part of his past signings.

Calciomercato say that Juventus could include Weston McKennie as part of the deal, along with €50 million in cash, but Roma do not appear to be interested in this deal.

Apart from Juve, Zaniolo is also reportedly attracting interest from clubs outside of Italy, but Juve hope to have an advantage in recruiting domestic players, as has happened in the transfers of Dusan Vlahovic, Manuel Locatelli and Federico Chiesa.
